The companies in Vygruppen have a shared group customer register for best administration of customer relationships and coordination of service offerings from group companies. The companies in Vygruppen share responsibility for the processing of the information in the register.

Marketing from Vy

Vy would like to provide personalised marketing using data about how you use our website and app. We combine this data with other data about you in order to create models and carry out analytics. The purpose is to understand your preferences and provide personalised content. We may also track how you interact with our advertisements and which of these you consider most interesting.

How Vy Market processes your personal data

For this purpose, we may use data from your Vy profile, such as your name, contact details, customer number and payment details, as well as search, sales and journey history and how you use our products and services. We also require your date of birth, post code and country in order to provide even better personalised marketing.

Age limit

You must be at least 15 years of age in order to consent to marketing. This is the minimum age for providing consent under the Norwegian Guardianship Act.
