Can children travel on the bus unaccompanied?

We want all children travelling unaccompanied to have a good, safe experience on board. It is also important that you, as the child’s guardian, feel confident when your child is travelling alone.

Unaccompanied children must be of school age and be able to take care of themselves. The child’s guardian must have completed the «I am travelling alone»⁠External link form with information about the child and who is meeting the child. The child must show the form to the driver upon boarding and retain the form throughout the journey. We recommend that you book in advance and reserve a seat, if possible, near the driver.
