Can I cancel my ticket?
You will be refunded according to the ticket conditions. If you receive a voucher, this can be used for a new purchase on the operator's side. The service fee is not refunded.

Several of Vy's trains have been cancelled due to strike action. We recommend checking the journey planner in the Vy app or on vy.no before each journey for the latest information. The journey planner only shows trains that are running, not trains that have been cancelled. Find more information on vy.no/en/train-strike.
