How will I receive my ticket(s) and receipt for a journey in Europe?

After you have purchased a ticket for a journey in Europe, you will receive your ticket(s) and receipt by email from Vy. At the moment, tickets cannot be downloaded in your Vy app, and your purchase will not show up under My account. Therefore, it is important to keep safe the email you receive after your purchase.
