My train has been cancelled. Can I take the Vy bus that goes to my destination instead?

Yes you can, but you must buy a bus ticket. Your train ticket is not valid on buses, unless the bus is a rail replacement bus service replacing your cancelled train. This is because there is currently no cooperation on tickets between trains and buses in Vy.

If your train is cancelled, you can take the next train or use alternative transport if we offer this. Remember that you can apply for a price reduction for your train ticket in the event of a delay.
