What are push notifications and how do I get them?

Push notifications are an in-app functionality that sends you notifications in the event of changes that affect your journey. Notifications are currently only available for train journeys.

How to enable push notifications

When you buy a one-way ticket via the app, we will automatically enable push notifications for the journey.

You may also receive notifications for journeys you have added as “Favourites”. You can do this via the menu on the home screen.
Remember that you must give the app permission to send notifications in order to receive push notifications. You can do this in the settings on your phone.

You can also receive notifications for you regular routes, such as routes you you have added as favourites. Go to ‘Profile – Travel preferences – Notifications’ to set up push notifications for these.
