Important information about alternative transport

Check the timetable before you travel

Use the journey planner in the Vy app or at vy.no. Please note that rail replacement buses may depart earlier than the trains they replace. Don’t forget to check where your bus will depart from and arrive.

Allow extra time and have your ticket ready

Please allow approximately 30-60 minutes’ extra time for your journey. The buses generally take longer than the trains, and it also takes time to transfer between trains and buses. Remember to buy your tickets before boarding.
