What you get with Plus
We want to offer passengers on the Bergen Line an extra comfy travel experience, suitable both for relaxing and working.
The seats are more comfortable and come with headrests. The tables are specially designed and have a pull-out tabletop to make it easier to find a good sitting and working position. You will find simple storage solutions like a net under the table and a loop to lock your laptop to if you carry a padlock with you. Your seat also has a power outlet so you can work or charge your mobile phone during your journey.
In the middle of the carriages you have access to a refreshments area where you can help yourself to a fresh cup of coffee made bean to cup. With a Plus ticket you can enjoy as much free coffee or tea as you want on your journey.

Terms and conditions
- Plus allows you to choose your seat and change your time of departure until your original scheduled departure.
- When choosing a departure that costs more than your original ticket, you will be charged the price difference. When a journey involves a change, you can change your departure time at any point prior to your first departure.
- Any bookings or changes made by our Customer Service will incur a service fee.
- Plus tickets may be upgraded to Sleeper tickets or changed to Flex tickets. When choosing a departure that costs more than your original ticket, you will be charged the price difference.
- Plus tickets cannot be combined with any other discounts such as student or senior citizen rates. Children 0–5 years old get a 85 per cent discount on their Plus ticket.
- Bicycles will incur additional cost.
- A four-hour cancellation period applies from the time of purchase if you buy your ticket on vy.no, in the app or from a ticket machine, provided the ticket is cancelled prior the time of departure.
- The ticket is refundable, meaning you will get your money back if you cancel your journey for any reason prior to departure.
- Any bookings or changes made by our Customer Service will incur a service fee.
- Plus Refundable allows you to choose your seat and change your time of departure until your original scheduled departure.
- When choosing a departure that costs more than your original ticket, you will be charged the price difference. When a journey involves a change, you can change your departure time at any point prior to your first departure.
- The ticket may be upgraded to Sleeper Refundable or changed to Flex Refundable. When choosing a departure that costs more than your original ticket, you will be charged the price difference.
- The following discounts apply to Plus Refundable tickets:
- Children (0–5 years old): 85 per cent
- Children (6–17 years old): 50 per cent
- Senior: 10 per cent
- Student: 10 per cent
