Membership terms for Green Journey rewards programme

1. Membership and personal data

• Green Journey is a rewards programme offered to you as an individual customer of Vy free of charge.
• Green Journey membership requires that you have a profile with Vy. This profile is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, and membership is only open to people who are over 16.
• Upon becoming a member, you agree to the membership terms, including the necessary processing of your personal data in the contractual relationship between us, in order for you to receive the Green Journey programme’s benefits etc. Read more in our privacy policy.
• You may only hold one Green Journey membership.
• In order to validate your identity, Vy may require verification of your mobile number and email address.

2. Communications from Green Journey

• While you are a member, Vy may communicate with you by email, text message or push notifications in the Vy app in order to:
  • provide you with news, offers, travel tips and other tailored information from Vy.
  • administer your membership.
  • update you on the rewards programme and offers from relevant partners.

3. My profile

• You can see all your consents and registered data, as well as details of your trips and environmental impact, when you are logged in to Vy’s digital channels.
• You can change details such as your name, address, telephone number, email and date of birthday via the ‘My profile’ section.

4. Changes to the rewards programme

• Vy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions applicable to Green Journey or to discontinue the rewards programme. Vy will notify you of any changes to the membership terms and conditions via e-mail, the Vy app and at vy.no. The current terms and conditions will always be available at vy.no/green-journey.
• If the terms and conditions are amended in such a way that your consent is required and you do not wish to give your consent, Vy reserves the right to terminate your membership.

5. Cancel membership of Green Journey

• You can cancel your membership at any time via the ‘My profile’ section. Vy is entitled to terminate your membership in a range of circumstances. These include in the event of suspicions that membership has been misused or otherwise used illegally, or in the event that Vy discontinues the rewards programme.

6. Other provisions

• Vy strives to deliver the benefits and features of the rewards programme at all times, but is not liable for any shortcomings in its offering in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Vygruppen AS is a registered company with company register number 984 661 177. Norwegian law will be applied in the event of any dispute about the Green Journey rewards programme terms and conditions. Disputes will be settled in the Norwegian courts. The legal venue for any disputes will be Oslo District Court.
