Appealing a fine

Most people who receive a fine are not intentionally travelling without a ticket. We know that a fine can feel unfair and we sympathise with this.

Important information

The fine will not usually be waived if you have forgotten to buy a ticket, if you have lost your ticket or if your ticket is invalid. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid ticket for your entire journey.
