I deleted the app and my tickets are gone. What can I do?

You can find single tickets on vy.no, under My account – My tickets and trips. Or you can reinstall the app and retrieve your ticket again.

If you have a season ticket or local ticket, you must have the Vy app installed on your mobile phone, and be logged in, to view the ticket. If you reinstall the app, or log in on a different mobile phone, you must retrieve your ticket to the app.
