How do I get travel expenses for alternative transport reimbursed?

Claims for reimbursement of travel expenses for alternative transport must be submitted in writing within one month of the date of travel. Send a copy of your receipt(s) and your booking number to buss@vy.no⁠External link.

You will receive a response within one month confirming that your claim has been accepted, rejected or is still being considered. You will receive a final response within three months of the date we received your claim.
