NetNordic provides the chat solution deployed at vy.no, and employees of Entur AS (Data Processor) staff all chats on behalf of Vy.

Purpose of collecting and processing personally identifiable data
The primary purpose of our collecting and processing personally identifiable information is to allow us to provide the best possible service to you, our customer, and to resolve problems and overcome challenges you have asked us to handle. We also aggregate historic customer data for the purpose of delivering the best possible service when you next contact Vy. Chat transcripts will also be used for training and ongoing performance improvement processes for those staffing the chat.
In the event of direct threats or indications of criminal offenses, we will share such information with the police.
